Extra Virgin Olive Oil Classico is a Light Fruity, delicate oil, obtained throughout production from several olive groves, a blend of different cultivars mainly Leccino, Gentile di Larino, Nociara, Peranzana.

GASTRONOMIC USE

Raw on marinated fish, vegetable flatbreads, vegetable pasta dishes (peas and zucchini), and mussels. In cooking with stir-fries for soups, oily fish, baked white meats.
