GASTRONOMIC USE

Raw on warm seafood appetizers, lasagna with zucchini and shrimp, fish soup, salads, and bruschetta.
In cooking with octopus in guazzetto, baked stuffed squid and squid, baked sea bass with potatoes and mushrooms, stewed white meat (chicken and rabbit).
