Malvasia – Terra degli Osci I.G.T.

After careful harvesting, a soft pressing of the grapes follows, with vinification without skins.
The resulting wine matures for three months in steel barrels and continues aging in the bottle.
The wine is straw-yellow in color with greenish hues, with a scent of fresh fruit and citrus.
The taste is dry, harmonious with a slightly sweet aftertaste.

GASTRONOMIC USE

It goes well with seafood appetizers and vegetables, with first courses such as pastaasciutte and risottos
