Mug cake

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

Add the oil and milk, and mix with a spoon until the batter is smooth.

Place a spoonful of batter into a mug, add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and cover with another spoonful of batter.

The consistency should be neither too thick nor too runny—if it’s too dense, just add another spoonful of milk.

Microwave for 2 minutes. The cake should be soft, with a gooey center, just like a classic molten lava cake.

Dust with powdered sugar.

Breakfast is served!
